I am sooo excited to be adding monthly mobility to my subscription here on Substack!

This has been my daily routine as of late.

I always incorporate CARs (controlled articular rotations), which are slow and controlled joint circles focusing on control, and expanding our range of motion.

As always, our outward symptoms are telling a story about our in ear environment - this is true for movement, too.

Holding tightness, closedness, and rigidity in our physical bodies can either come from, or cause these same traits in our mental and emotional state.

Practicing reposturing daily helps us both physically, and emotionally hold ourselves better - with more strength, confidence, and openness.

For a simple eval, I challenge you to take a few photos of your current posture, and see how your posture transforms after practicing these reposturing movements for 30 days - I would LOVE to see your before and after photos.
